Shipping Policy

For orders delivered within the European Union, we offer free shipping on all orders above €300.

For orders below €300, a flat shipping fee of €20 will apply.

Our standard estimated delivery time is 24 to 96 hours, depending on the destination and the courier routing. Please note clearly that Sunday is not included in the shipping or delivery timeframe.

Returns Policy

As Trempa Lights operates as a B2B supplier, all purchases are made for professional and commercial use. For this reason, returns are not handled in the same manner as standard consumer purchases, and all return requests are subject to review and prior written approval.

We do not accept returns for products that have been opened from their original packaging.

We do not accept returns for products that are broken, damaged through handling, or no longer in new and resellable condition.
